Aber Falls Distillery

We invite you to explore the first whisky distillery in North Wales in over 100 years. Tour the distillery and learn about Welsh Whisky and sample an award winning portfolio, or even become a distiller for the afternoon and make your own gin! There is a visitors centre on site with a shop and café serving Welsh food and drink.

The village of Abergwyngregyn is home to our distillery and sits at the foot of the famous Aber Falls waterfall. Attracting over 50,000 visitors a year, this picturesque spot is easily accessible, just off the A55 and a stone’s throw from the coast. Previously a slate works in the 19th century, a margarine factory during the world wars, and more recently a drinks wholesaler depot, our distillery building has been lovingly restored and refurbished, proving the ideal place to create our spirits and demonstrate the passion and skill in our craftsmanship.

Sit alongside the river and enjoy a range of Welsh food and drink (including our award winning gins and liqueurs) in our cafe. High chairs are available for babies.
