In these Terms and Conditions, the words ‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’, “Attractions of Snowdonia” or “Snowdonia 360” all refer to Attractions of Snowdonia.
The words ‘you’ or ‘your’ refer to any person accessing or using the website www.snowdonia360.com, the Named Contact for a Business Membership, or the Registered Holder of a Snowdonia Pass.
These Terms and Conditions and Related Documents set out the terms of use upon which you access and use our website and the services offered by us.
We may change these Terms and Conditions at any time and without notice. It is your responsibility to be aware of the current terms of use by revisiting these pages.
By using our website, you are confirming that you accept these terms of use and that you agree to comply with them.

BUSINESS MEMBERSHIP LOGIN
If you are the Named Key Contact for a Business Member, you will be given a Login username and password for the desktop version of the Snowdonia 360 website where any required changes to your business entry can be reported.
You are responsible for your login and password being held securely. If you know or suspect that anyone other than you knows your login and password, you must Contact Us immediately.
If there is a new Named Key Contact, please Contact Us so that a new login and password can be issued.
SNOWDONIA PASS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Snowdonia Pass is a Visitor Discount Card provided by the Attractions of Snowdonia, giving discounts at participating attractions, eateries, accommodation providers, shops, and other services to the Registered Holder, whose signature is on the reverse of the card.
You must be over the age of 18 to purchase and be the Registered Holder of a Snowdonia Pass and the card must be signed by you on its reverse to be valid.
The Snowdonia Pass has no monetary value, is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or gifted to another individual.
In registering for your Snowdonia Pass, you accept that your Personal Details (name, address and email address) will be entered and maintained securely on our database. (Please see our Privacy Statement for information on how and why we collect, hold and process your personal data).
To obtain a Snowdonia Pass you can either:
- Register online on www.snowdonia360.com for FREE and receive a ‘bounce back’ confirmation email of your registration. Show the confirmation email to the front desk of your chosen business to collect your Snowdonia Pass which you can use when you next visit a participating business.
- Purchase online on www.snowdonia360.com for just £5 and we will post your Snowdonia Pass to you for you to use straight away at participating businesses.
- Purchase from a Tourist Information Centre for just £5 and enjoy the discounts straight away at participating businesses.
Each Snowdonia Pass can be used to claim discounts for up to 4 people on each visit to each participating attraction or on any purchases by the Registered Holder at a participating business.
Snowdonia Pass can be presented wherever you see its symbol displayed against the business entry on the Snowdonia 360 website, our printed map or on display at a participating business.
Snowdonia Pass discounts are at the discretion of the business and can be withdrawn or changed at any time and without notice.
Snowdonia Pass discounts are only available at the date and time of purchase at a business and no discount will be given if the card is brought in at a later date and time.
Snowdonia Pass cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
No refunds on the Snowdonia Pass will be given if for any reason an attraction or business is not available or not accessible in any way when you visit.
Each Snowdonia Pass is valid for the whole of the calendar year in which it is issued.
No replacements or refunds can be offered for lost or stolen cards.
The Snowdonia Pass remains the property of “Attractions of Snowdonia Ltd” and must be surrendered on request.
All activities using the Snowdonia Pass are undertaken voluntarily and at your own risk. Attractions of Snowdonia is in no way responsible for the conditions of the attractions or venues or third-party acts or omissions at any attraction, venue, accommodation, eatery or other service provider.
By purchasing and signing your Snowdonia Pass you agree to abide by its Terms and Conditions.
GENERAL DISCLAIMER
We will not be liable in any way for any costs, losses, expenses, loss of opportunities, damages, liability or injury arising out of or in any way connected with use of the Snowdonia 360 website, Snowdonia 360 Pass or the Snowdonia 360 printed map.
We are not responsible for any error, omission or inaccuracy in the content, any misinterpretation, or any other loss, disappointment, negligence or damage caused by reliance on the content contained on our Snowdonia 360 website, third-party content, third-party websites or the Snowdonia 360 printed map.
We will not be liable for any failure or alleged failure in the delivery of services referred to on our Snowdonia 360 website or on the printed map, or in the event of the bankruptcy, liquidation or cessation of trade of any business listed on our website or on the printed map.
